Everyone is familiar with the feeling of shame - it's hard to control and can easily be abused and instrumentalized. This is more true today than ever before: shame has made a huge comeback thanks to social media. Shame has once again become a weapon. Matthias Kreienbrink shows how shame arises and in which areas it occurs particularly frequently. He gives a voice to people whose lives have been shaped by shame or who show creative ways out of shame.
