Josefine Kunecke

Josefine Kunecke is a singer and songwriter from the Cologne area. She has put together a multi-faceted program from her songs, which combines influences from jazz, pop and blues. As a result, her songs offer great variety and diversity for music lovers.

Artists such as Katie Melua, Jamie Cullum and Norah Jones have inspired the musician since her childhood and contributed to the development of her own musical style.

The lyrics often deal with very different emotional and life situations, in which everyone can probably find themselves in their own way.
Josefine released her first single "Dreamy Sea" in November 2023.

Further releases are planned.
The singer prefers to play with her quartet, which consists of Nicholas von der Nahmer (piano), Anna Größbrink (bass) and Niklas Wittig (drums), but also enjoys performing as a duo or trio.

In their newly formed duo project, the two artists explore their own catalog and their preferred musical material in an electronic and sonically semi-artificial environment.
Their general aversion to the concept of strictly defined genres leads them to an open approach to musical performances that cannot be pigeonholed into a particular style, yet are accessible and open to immersion.

Ursula and Paul's new project is an invitation to experience intense, beautiful, tragic, gentle and crazy music.
