The artistic work of the professor of jazz piano at the Munich University of Music is documented on over 60 CD productions as a leader, co-leader and sideman, including invitations to numerous festivals, radio productions and tours within and outside Europe. His playing is characterized by a wide stylistic spectrum - in addition to the various styles of jazz, also by his profound knowledge of Brazilian music. He has enjoyed an intensive artistic collaboration with singer Katrin Avison for several years.

KATRIN AVISON
Katrin Avison is a jazz and chanson singer & university lecturer for singing. The fascinating Munich singer is at home in jazz, pop and classical music and has been playing her way straight into the hearts of her audiences for several years with her heartfelt and true-to-life interpretations. She works together with well-known actors (including Walter Sittler and Götz Otto) and delights audiences with her extraordinary expressiveness and impressive stylistic range in various formations from jazz duo to big band, including performances at the Theaterhaus Stuttgart, Volkstheater Vienna and Tipi am Kanzleramt Berlin. She has been collaborating intensively with the Munich pianist Tizian Jost for several years.
