Blues, spirituals and swing meet alpine folklore, mixed with soul and a pinch of funk. The first-class soloists of the renowned Munich swing quintet The Wine and Roses Jazz Society once again invite you to the Merry Jazzmas Christmas concert experience in the Silbersaal.

WELL-KNOWN CHRISTMAS SONGS REINTERPRETED

A festive evening with Austrian, German and Anglo-Saxon Christmas songs awaits you. Well-known titles such as "Es wird scho glei dumpa","Auf dem Berge da wehet der Wind", "Ihr Kinderlein kommet" or the medley "Still,still,still and The Sound of Silence" will be reinterpreted in a surprising and lively way. Christmas classics such as "Winter Wonderland" and "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" are also included.

CONTEMPLATIVE AMBIENCE

With its atmospheric chandeliers and baroque wall decorations, the ornate Silbersaal creates a wonderfully contemplative ambience. With singer Titilayo Adedokun, the musicians have brought a powerful-voiced and charming front woman onto the stage. She presents the songs sometimes velvety soft, sometimes powerful, sometimes poignant.
