In the organizer's words:
Experience the warm and hospitable atmosphere of Mexico up close in the cooking courses of LAS 5 HERMANAS at the Kreativer Mixx cooking studio in Bonn/Friesdorf. Our chef and sommelier Pepe brings his culinary skills, perfected in Mexico, directly to us. Together we will cook the evening's menu and learn the history behind the dishes and important tips from Mexican cuisine.
The menu:
- We start with a sparkling tequila sunrise. The bright colors of this classic are as colorful as a sunset in the Caribbean.
- Tacos al Pastor. The absolute street food king! We prepare the carne de cerdo (pork) in an authentic marinade that perfectly combines sweet pineapple and spicy chilies.
- Tacos de Rajas Poblanas. A creamy, vegetarian revelation made with roasted poblano chilies and mushrooms.

Cooking experience is not necessary! Our Mexico cooking course is perfect for beginners and all food lovers who want to discover new culinary horizons while having fun.
Intensive learning experience
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 10 people to ensure an intensive and personal learning atmosphere.
Languages
The courses are primarily held in English and Spanish. However, German translation is possible at any time on request.

The price is per person and includes the entire course experience, including cooking apron, ingredients, menu, water and mixed drinks.
