Between career, crisis and cocoa ceremony, they struggle with the normal madness - somewhere between burnout and Buddha, finances and family, coaching and singing bowls. Driven by "I have to" and "I have to let go", they seek only one thing in a world full of self-care hype: peace and quiet - and at least they find the quiet room.
