What it's all about
Craftsmanship meets contemporary circus art: in "Sawdust Symphony", three trained jugglers play out their passion for tools, fresh wood and object manipulation. The piece tells of the human desire for activity. From intoxicating visioning to the completion of the work, it spans the tragic-comic relationship between machine, man and work. The smell of sawdust and gasoline fills the room as three obsessed individuals walk a tightrope between satisfaction and frustration, creating a DIY experience of a different kind.
