Where should you go dancing in Cologne if you're in a festive mood just before Christmas but are already tired at 11pm?

On Friday, December 18, the Middance Crisis will once again take place at the Blue Shell - this time as a Christmas party for dance-loving groundhogs, early risers and everyone who wants to hit the dance floor before the holidays. No matter what age or gender.

When others are still drinking mulled wine or wrapping presents, the Middance Crisis is already getting started. Admission is from 7 pm.

Three DJs, one woman and two men, with different musical focuses provide plenty of variety at the turntables and on the dance floor. You can hear a wild mix of danceable rock, indie, pop, electronic, disco, R&B, funk and soul, from the seventies and eighties to the present day.

Just before Christmas, we might even make a few music wishes come true. But as in real life, the same applies here: Not every wish fits under the tree.

Admission: €10 at the Box Office, €8 (plus fee) in advance

(half of the proceeds will be donated to a regional aid organization)
