What does a plant look like when you get really close to it?

At Microscopy Wednesday, you can view plants from a different perspective. This open event invites you to drop by anytime, stay as long as you’d like, use our microscope, draw, and experiment at your own pace. The shapes and patterns you observe can inspire a wide variety of drawings—whether detailed, free-form, or experimental.

No prior experience is required. Anyone who’d like can receive a brief introduction or assistance. It’s not about drawing perfectly, but about looking closely, experimenting, and being creative.
