Toronto-based up-and-coming band Moondoggy will release their highly anticipated debut album "Mad and Noisy" on November 17, 2023. The ten-track record showcases their signature blend of alternative and indie rock, characterized by raw, guitar-driven energy, intimate moments and emotionally grounded songwriting. Recorded with minimal production but all the more heart, "Mad and Noisy" captures the urgency of youth and the beauty of imperfection.

Early positive feedback highlighted songs like "Don't Let Me Go" and "What a Shame" for their immediacy and haunting lyrical voice. With this album, Moondoggy position themselves as a fresh voice in the Canadian alternative scene, unpolished, honest and pushing boundaries.

Building on their debut, Moondoggy follow up with "Changing Seasons, Breaking Even", released on September 6, 2024. The second studio album deepens the band's sound, incorporating richer arrangements and more polished production, while retaining the sincere intensity that made "Mad and Noisy" so effective.

The album explores transitions of place, identity and relationships, finding a balance between introspective moments and anthemic passages. Highlights like "No One Waits / Breaking Even", "It Gets Easier" and "Carry On" capture the inner struggle and liberation that change brings. "Changing Seasons, Breaking Even" confirms that Moondoggy are not only evolving sonically, but also in their artistic vision.
