Moritz Ostruschnjak: AlienNation (Vorpremiere)

A foreign horizon: dusty, empty, filled with movement. Bodies appear. Travelers without a destination, hybrid figures straddling dystopian cyberpunk and the archaic Wild West. An alien Western drawn from pasts and futures, populated by six urban and contemporary dancers. Limbs twist, bodies flow into one another, merge with objects, and expand. What still belongs together—and what has long since fallen apart? In AlienNation, reality as we know it disintegrates, giving rise to new communities and new worlds from its fragments. A shimmering space full of reverence and violence, fusion and dissolution, redemption and destruction.
