Workshop on Mental Health Promotion for Adults

What does a mosaic from the Museum of Islamic Art inspire in you? Together, we’ll explore the artwork by consciously observing its patterns, colors, and shapes. Then we’ll paint colorful elements that can be moved around and rearranged into new compositions. This playful interaction with the individual pieces will gradually lead to the creation of your own artwork.

The workshop invites you to experiment artistically through a mindful process. You’ll be guided by Lydia Mojzis (art therapist) and Eva Maria Unglaube (art educator)—no prior experience is necessary.

Participation fee: 30 euros
The participation ticket entitles you to visit the museums on Museum Island on the same day. You will receive your admission ticket to the museums at the museum ticket offices upon presentation of your participation ticket.
