In the organizer's words:

MOVE / FEEL / CONNECT

is an all-day experience that brings you back into your body.

A space for movement, expression and genuine connection - beyond performance, expectations and perfection.

Joy as a radical act.

Presence as a response to an overstimulated world.

WHAT IS BEHIND IT?

Self-worth comes from experience, not thinking.

Connection begins in your own body.

Joy is not a luxury - it is resistance.

WHO IS THE EXPERIENCE FOR?

For everyone who wants to feel themselves again instead of just functioning.

If several of these points appeal to you, you've come to the right place:

  • You want to feel yourself again instead of functioning
  • You want to move without the pressure to perform
  • You are open to connecting with yourself and others
  • You are ready to lower your ego and turn off the pressure to perform

All workshops (yoga, contact improvisation and partner acro) are designed to be beginner-friendly, so there are no level requirements.

ORGANIZER

Dan (@daddychillyoga)

Dan is a yoga and movement teacher from NRW with Ukrainian roots. In his work, he combines a calm, embodied approach with a clear focus on body awareness and trust.

At the event, he creates three independent areas:

  • Yoga (calm to powerful, with optional inversion postures)
  • Contact & movement
  • Acro & partner work

Each practice stands on its own and is accessible to both beginners and advanced practitioners.

His sessions are aimed in particular at people who have a lot on their minds and want to feel themselves again - without pressure, without performance, but at their own pace.
