Sisterhood Club x Yoga: Women-Only Event

Join us (Clara and Caro) for a little break from your daily routine and kick off the summer mindfully. 🌞 

At ourspecial event, you can look forward to a relaxingafter-work evening featuring invigorating yoga, gentle moments of reflection, and cozy conversationin a warm and welcoming atmosphere—just a few days before the summer solstice, a time associated with renewed energy, lightness, and mindful pause.

What to expect:
- a relaxing and mobilizing after-work yoga session
- guided journaling to help you set a mindful course for the coming months, tailored to your individual situation
- small-group discussions & connection with other women
- a cozy atmosphere to unwind
- Time to briefly check in with yourself

Please bring:

• comfortable yoga clothes
• yoga mat
• Your favorite pen
• something to drink

📍 Rheinterrassen Mannheim (by the glass recycling bin, near the youth hostel)

Take two hours during the week to reset, unwind, recharge, and consciously kick off the summer.

You don’t need any yoga or journaling experience—just come as you are 💛

We’re looking forward to a special summer evening with you.

Note: In case of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled. If you’re unable to attend on the new date, you’ll of course receive a refund for your ticket.

About Clara: Clara is a yoga, embodiment, and breathwork teacher who loves helping people reconnect with their bodies. Her yoga style combines dynamic and mobilizing flows with restorative sequences that deeply relax you and invite you to let go.

About Caro: Caro is the founder of the Sisterhood Club and creates spaces for connection, growth, and empowerment. With her passion for journaling and vision boards, she helps women gain clarity and follow their dreams.
