Mural Art – Graffiti Ferienworkshop für Kids & Teens

You will spend three creative days together with an experienced sprayer duo. After a brief overview of the history of street art and graffiti, you will work together on a theme (nature, diversity) to create a motif for the two free wall surfaces provided by the Kulturladen. You will learn about the different techniques and tools of graffiti/street art (e.g. stickers, markers, pens, spray cans, stencils) and create your first sketches and stencils. And then it's off to the wall: with spray cans, stencils and markers, you will apply your motifs under professional guidance and after a short time your joint work of art will be created!

The artist duo will give you the best tips and tricks.

When? Hamburg summer vacation

28 - 30.07.2026, daily from 10 am to 2:30 pm.

Where? Kulturladen St. Georg e. V., Alexanderstrasse 16

Minimum age: 12 to 16 years

This Kulturladen project takes place in cooperation with PINK Beratung & Training and ZONENKINDER Collective.

PS for parents: In the workshop, it is pointed out that if you continue to try out what you have learned in public spaces without permission, spray can activity can quickly become a criminal offense and that illegal spraying has consequences. The focus is on creativity and art, co-creation and the legal possibilities of further developing what has been learned in the workshop.
