A new museum for Cologne

Opening: Saturday, 20.06.2026 - 18:00 hrs

On June 20, 2026 at 6 pm, TEMPO___K, the temporary museum for contemporary mural painting in Cologne, will open in a vacant hall complex in Deutzer Hafen.

The permanent exhibition will feature murals by 10 international artists.
Visitors can also look forward to a varied supporting program on the opening weekend.

The two collectives DUBLAB and Callshop Radio will provide the musical accompaniment for the opening ceremony on Saturday. At 20:00 there will be a performance by KHARABA & Guests.

We would like to invite you & your loved ones to celebrate the opening of Cologne's new museum! Free admission.

Museum Day:
On Sunday 21.06.2026 the beer garden will be open. There will be food and drink and, in addition to live music, the first Sprayday, during which the facades of the halls will be designed by the Cologne graffiti community. There will also be the official opening of the Kidscorner, which invites youngsters to get their hands on some paint.
