Rhythm and blues is our thing! And - we can hardly believe it ourselves - we've been doing it for over 30 years. When you've been on the world's stages for as long as the RnB Express, you can live with a little "old school".

Imagine our music as a train ride through 50 years of music history. The RnB Express takes something from every stop on this journey: A little soul here, a good dose of rock there, some funk, pop, a little jazz and - of course - blues. Once on the road, all these influences blend together to form a unique mixture in a sound that is typical of the band. The unmistakable blend of "Doc" Prünte's Hammond, Kiki Schumacher's saxophone and the sound that Alex Kelz produces with his Telecaster can certainly be described as oldschool. However, driven by the powerful rhythm section with Micha Beyer on bass and Chicco Moore on drums, the whole thing sounds surprisingly modern again. The perfect stage for front woman Linda Meißner, who puts the proverbial "icing on the cake" with her magnificent voice and unmistakable vocals.
