Guest worker monologues

Came to leave, but stayed. A staged reading. Four characters. Based on authentic sources and poetic fiction. The monologues tell of racist exclusion, shame, hope, homesickness, social violence and the struggle for recognition and dignity that continues to the present day. Remembering means questioning the present.
