Changing course and setting off in a new direction requires courage. Because of course it always resonates: the fear of failure. And yet unknown paths should always be seen as an opportunity. Singer-songwriter NATHAN EVANS knows exactly that. And so the musician, whose cover versions of traditional sea shanty songs triggered a worldwide hype around sea shanties, is now exploring previously unknown paths with his new single CATCH YOU WHEN YOU FALL (from 17.03.2023/Electrola) and encouraging his fans to seize opportunities instead of letting them pass by. In the summer, he will go on an extensive tour of Germany with the new and old songs, tickets for his nine shows are available from Wednesday, March 15, 10 a.m. in the exclusive presale at eventim.de, the official presale starts parallel to the new single on Friday, March 17, 10:00 a.m.!

With his cover of the 150-year-old sea shanty WELLERMAN, NATHAN EVANS took people's hearts by storm and brought a musical phenomenon into the hearts and playlists of his fans with his shanty reinterpretations that had come to stay. Now the 28-year-old's path is taking him in new directions - an important step for the former letter carrier with the unmistakable Scottish accent. Because NATHAN EVANS knows that we all get hurt and fail from time to time on this journey called life, but only those who keep going can make progress. "Everybody hurts, everybody gets broken. Everybody bleeds, you just gotta keep going, just take it one step at a time."

It is the emotional piano sounds and NATHAN EVANS' unique voice that convey the message of CATCH YOU WHEN YOU FALL in a captivating way. And so the track is a personal song of encouragement, with which the singer and musician not only wants to empower other people, but also continue to take them with him on his personal journey. With this new chapter he is opening, many new challenges and adventures await him: "Don't you be afraid, don't worry about tomorrow.
