Neo NY-Style Pizza Pop-Up

On August 23 and 24, 2024, the first pizza pop-up with Neo New York Style Pizza in Cologne will take place at Friesenwall 120, 50672 Cologne!
Like many other people, the organizer and Cologne native Michel loves pizza and started experimenting with it three years ago.
Inspired by a variety of different international pizza styles, he developed what he calls Neo NY-Style Pizza. A hybrid form, based on New York-style, New Haven-style and Neapolitan pizza, which has it all and with which he wants to bring a breath of fresh air into the Cologne pizza landscape dominated by Neapolitan pizza.
Crispy yet fluffy, burrata stracciatella, chilli honey, pecorino - a visit is a must for anyone whose heart beats faster here.

Whole pizzas are sold as well as slices, and there are vegan and vegetarian versions, as well as one with meat.
