Yin yoga invites you to let go, calm down and relax deeply.

The gentle yoga practice releases tension and stress in your body and calms your nervous system. You can let go, recharge your batteries and the energy in your body starts to flow again. Look forward to a path to relaxation and regeneration with:

• Yin Yoga
• Gentle movements and somatic exercises
• breathing exercises
• Deep relaxation accompanied by singing and harmonium

Course starts from May 11 - Mondays, 19:00 - 20:00
for everyone with and without previous yoga experience

Lottery of 2x2 5-person tickets at half price:
If you win, you only pay half price for a 5-person ticket for the Yin yoga class.
This means that you pay €35 instead of €70 or €30 instead of €60 for the reduced price for pupils, students and trainees.
