Spring yoga course
to recharge your batteries and blossom
Yoga invites you to calm down, recharge your batteries and blossom.
In this course, you will get to know yoga in all its diversity. The classes combine calm elements from Hatha Yoga with flowing sequences from Vinyasa Yoga. The practice is complemented by somatic exercises for your nervous system, meditation, breath work (pranayama), yin yoga and deep relaxation. The elements intertwine seamlessly, while the classes focus on different aspects - sometimes on alignment and understanding the body, sometimes on relaxation and the nervous system.
You practise in a personal, warm atmosphere in which you will quickly feel at ease. You will increase your mobility and strength, develop a better awareness of your body and receive impulses for more peace and balance in your everyday life. Each class ends with deep relaxation - accompanied by harmonium and singing.
Course starts on May 11 - Mondays, 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.
