british coloring. Then came the pandemic and something had to change. Update: successfully executed. Because it was more than a decent shovel on it, both in the instrumentation, as well as in the lyrics. The last four single releases ('Filme',
'Angst' & 'Flashbacks', "Cornichons & Fried Egg" ) reflect this updated path:
Lyrics that still write life or that describe life. Between unambiguity and ambivalence, between chaos & hope. Little gems of everyday life, longing for normality. Sometimes restless, sometimes perplexed, unadorned beautiful. Urgent, heartfelt & convincing.

FIEBER is Neo-NDW from Cologne. FIEBER is in the trend. Emerged from isolation, FIEBER is a musical self-empowerment. Synthetic songs with debauchery in electro, indietronic and new wave. FIEBER, thought as a collective and yet consists of only one person. FIEBER is Thomas Kempkes, among other things singer and guitarist in the Cologne postpunk band Illegale Farben. FIEBER tries out new forms of artistic expression with electronic songs. In 2023 the first EP is released and some concerts all over Germany follow. The fever is rising!
