New Fall Festival 2026

Special music in special places:The New Fall Festival returns to Düsseldorf from October 7 to 11, 2026, once again bringing international artists to the city’s extraordinary venues.

The concerts will take place at the Rheinterrasse, the Henkelsaal, the Johanneskirche, the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, and—for the first time—at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein. Each of these venues lends the concerts its own unique character, making the festival an experience where music and space engage in a special dialogue.

This year’s program brings together a wide variety of musical styles and generations. The lineup includesBabyshambles,Fünf Sterne Deluxe & Massive Töne,Greentea Peng,Apparat,BOY together with the Kaiser Quartett,The Cinematic Orchestra, José González (Glen Hansard),Symba,Skinshape,Orbit,the Moses Yoofee Trio,Boondawg, andThe Slow Show.

Spanning indie, hip-hop, electronica, soul, folk, and genre-blending soundscapes, the festival presents a diverse program that deliberately prioritizes curatorial quality and unique concert experiences. The focus is not on big names or trends, but on artists whose music creates a special impact in the selected venues.

In 2026, the New Fall Festival will once again remain true to its mission: a carefully curated program, extraordinary venues, and concerts that go far beyond the typical festival experience. For four days, Düsseldorf will once again become a stage for special musical encounters.
