As part of International Week, we invite you to a special Nordstadt Session. Together, we want to create a space for connection, exchange, and cultural diversity—with live music, movement, and good food.

Laura Zebralina & Friends will kick things off at 5:30 p.m. At 7:15 p.m., the Varinia Band will take the stage with their distinctive sound. The evening will be rounded out by soul food from Abdel Latif Fawaz and “Move Your Body” activities led by Antje Scheper, inviting everyone to share in the experience and join in.

The Nordstadt Session brings together people with different stories, experiences, and perspectives. Through live music, shared meals, and movement, it creates a space for connection, exchange, and vibrant community—in the true spirit of International Week.

We look forward to a summery evening filled with music, good conversation, new encounters, and familiar faces.

The Nordstadt Sessions are a project by Julia Rumi / Machbarschaft Borsig11 e.V. in cooperation with the BVB-Gründerkirche, funded by the Landesmusikrat NRW and the Kulturbüro Dortmund, and brought to life with the support of the residents of the Borsigplatz neighborhood.
