Now Ex is the musical pseudonym of alternative pop artist and filmmaker Nick Hampson. Nick's films and his music have a lot in common: they create memorable and personal worlds and characters that stay with you for a long time. Originally raised as a child soloist in the opera world, Nick launched Now Ex during the pandemic and quickly earned a worldwide army of loyal fans with his first two EPs, while playing a series of packed concerts in London along the way. In June 2023, Now Ex made his German debut with a sold-out show at Hamburg's Hafenklang, followed by an unforgettable show at Berlin's Badehaus. In November, he returned for four more shows in Germany and ended the year with an acoustic concert at the legendary St Pancras Old Church in London. In 2024, the Welcome To The Feeling Tour comes to a climax: over 20 shows in Germany, Prague, Malmö and Copenhagen. Now Ex has received great support from playlists and radio stations with his first two EPs and has been included in Spotify's Fresh Finds indie playlist, among others, and Nick has also been interviewed on several BBC radio shows and RTE 1 in Ireland.
