Hello everyone!
I am offering an open, meditative program.
We sing songs and mantras with sound instruments.
The event will be moderated. You don't need to bring an instrument.
For neurodivergent people: There are - if needed - also stimming toys.
This is a privately organized, non-religious event.
Please only come if you are healthy.
Every 3rd Sunday of the month from 2 to 3.30 pm.
Community center MCC Cologne, Grembergerstraße 68, in the backyard. Unfortunately, the location is not barrier-free.
