Add oil to the fire, sand to the gears and then step on the gas! Between black Afghans and red socks, faith healers and lateral thinkers, Peter Grohmann pokes fun with one laughing and one crying eye and takes himself and the audience for a ride. Poems, nonsense, satire, fairy tales and the longing for a lost paradise.

If you ask me: it wasn't me!
8.3% of respondents in Germany share an extreme right-wing world view. 6% are in favor of a dictatorship with a strong party and a leader. 16% claim that Germany has national superiority, 6% say there are valuable and unworthy lives.
Misanthropic attitudes are again at a high level, national orientation for crisis management goes hand in hand with attitudes that threaten democracy.
However, the majority of the population sees climate change as a major threat and has a progressive stance on climate policy. Loneliness and social inequality weaken social participation and democracy.

Democracy? Human rights?
Peter Grohmann's political cabaret is also the vernissage for the exhibition "My name is human. 75 years of human rights"
On December 10, 1948, the UN General Assembly adopted the 30 articles of the Declaration of Human Rights without a dissenting vote. This year we are commemorating the 75th anniversary. To mark the occasion, Peter Grohmann and the AnStifter in Stuttgart have designed an exhibition with 30 visual interpretations by graphic artist Jochen Stankowski from Dresden. The exhibition will be shown at 75 locations in Germany. We are showing a small selection of them. The aim is to keep the topic of democracy and human rights present.
Peter Grohmann is co-initiator of the AnStifter and the (unfortunately no longer existing) Club Voltaire Stuttgart.
