Returning to work after parental leave is a challenge for many parents. But for employers too, their employees' parental leave is associated with excitement, questions and challenges.
At our Open Doors you can visit our Family CoWorking Space. In our WorkSpace, parents can work in peace and concentration while their children are lovingly cared for by our nursery nurses in the KidsSpace. As parents are in Family CoWorking together with their baby, they can gently wean themselves off and get back to work more quickly.
And best of all: Family CoWorking is the employee benefit of the future! If you work in a family-friendly company, talk to your HR manager! For your many questions on how to reconcile career and child, we have invited Kiki Radicke, Head of People&Culture at Adacor, a real work-life balance expert, to the Open Doors. In an exciting keynote speech, Kiki will reveal helpful work-life balance hacks and inform you about other inspiring topics from parental leave to work-life balance!
