Over the Border Festival 10 years

Experience a rousing flamenco night with Ismael de Barcelona and an ensemble of excellent artists - with guitar, singing and dancing.

Ismael de Barcelona, a qualified Spanish concert and flamenco guitarist, has established a firm place for himself in the flamenco scene through numerous concerts and collaborations with renowned musicians. His performances with Carles Benavent, the well-known bassist and long-time member of the legendary Paco de Lucía's band, are particularly noteworthy.

Ismael has been living in Germany for over ten years and has become known here through appearances on radio and television - including at the "Long Night of Spanish Literature" on Deutschlandfunk in fall 2022.

You can look forward to an unforgettable evening full of passion and emotion - flamenco as it should be: full of intensity, rhythm and soul. Who the other artists will be remains a surprise - let us surprise you!
