PAOLO NUTINI

On June 27, we welcome Paolo Nutini to Mannheim for the first time. The Scotsman with Italian roots is often described as a singer/songwriter, but he is much more than that. His genre mix of classic soul, modern pop, timeless folk and smooth rock is not only popular in Scotland. His extraordinary soul voice, which can vary between a rough register and soft singing, is reminiscent of early Sting. His concerts are rare and special and this will probably be his only concert in Germany this season! Welcome to the Zeltfestival Rhein-Neckar, Paolo!

As support we can look forward to Brockhoff, the indie rock newcomer from Hamburg. The sound of her handmade electric guitar music is catchy, energetic and driving. She already introduced herself and her band to a small, enthusiastic audience on the Feuerwache summer stage last year.
