Around 1900, Paris was the center of modernism, a world-class art metropolis. Entire generations of painters were drawn to the city on the Seine in the 19th and early 20th centuries. With the exhibition "Paris on Paper", the Kupferstichkabinett of the Kunsthalle Bremen presents a panorama of graphic works from its own holdings, from Constantin Guys to Mary Cassatt and Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, which illustrate life in the French metropolis.
