40 years- The Paveier!

"Leev Marie, I'm not a man for one night!",

"Home is not just a week",

"We are Kölsche from Kölle am Rhing, we are proudly dodrop, and nobody kritt uns klein",

"Buenos Dias Mathias, we're here again"

Anyone who doesn't have at least one catchy tune in their head after reading these five lines must have been hiding in the cellar for the last few decades!

For 40 years now, the Paveier have been delighting us with their hits to celebrate, sway, smile and reflect on. The band always remains true to itself, down-to-earth and close to its fans. Whether during carnival at up to 200 live performances, at their traditional concerts at the Volksbühne am Rudolfplatz or the Gloria Mitsing concerts, at appearances at summer festivals or open air events and later in the year on the popular Christmas tour with more than 20 concerts in and around Cologne - the Paveier are authentic and always ready to have fun with each other and with the fans - on stage and also in personal conversations next to and behind the stage.

Every performance is characterized by an immense joy of playing that sweeps every concertgoer off their seats! The mixture of hits from the last 40 years inspires young and old, lets them indulge in nostalgia and forget the worries of the times while singing along loudly. WDR 4 listeners voted the Paveier hit "Leev Marie" number 1 in the hit parade of the best carnival songs! Since its release in 2016, the song has spent several weeks in the nationwide singles charts and returns every year during the carnival season. The video has now been viewed by almost 10 million people.

ELDORADO

With "Verlieb' dich nie (Thekenmädche)", the five boys in leather jackets managed to release one of the most-played tracks of the 2020 carnival season. Their debut album "Aanjekumme" (2019) was their breakthrough in the Cologne music scene.

With songs such as "Domstadtkind", "An dich kütt keiner dran" and "Zick zo Lääve", the band has earned a regular spot in all major carnival formats such as the opening of the Heumarkt session on WDR or the "Lachende Kölnarena" and performs on the main stage of major festivals such as "Jeck im Sunnesching".

The five charming guys infect their audience with their passion for music, their authentic songs and their unbridled joy of playing.

In the 2024 session, Eldorado goes "all in" with two titles and celebrates the "Colonia masterpiece".
