Performance: Im Angesicht des Imaginären
In the organizer's words:
"In the Face of the Imaginary" is a performance by Jens Kabisch
In his exhibition “Imaginary Friends,” Jens Kabisch opens up a new space in which he poetically explores the phenomenon of invisible companions. And you are invited to join him.
Imagine it’s summer, and you’ve decided to do something for yourself. Perhaps you’d like to tackle one of the great themes of the human psyche: How do you feel about your imaginary friends? What? You don’t have any imaginary friends? That’s too bad. Or have you lost them? What a shame!
Munich-based artist Jens Kabisch is here for you and your invisible or lost imaginary friends. Stop by the MaximiliansForum. Every Saturday afternoon, for three months, you’ll encounter yourself—and perhaps others who are also on a quest. Bring your stuffed animals or invisible imaginary friends. Share stories and wishes with us and all beings—whether present or not. We look forward to seeing YOU and your IMAGINARY FRIENDS!
