The Notel, an emergency shelter for drug-addicted homeless people, is organizing a photography exhibition with homeless people. People who regularly spend the night in the emergency shelter used disposable analog cameras to record their lives on the street from their perspective and will be presenting them on March 2 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm in the Notel facility. Together, we want to create visibility for the issues of homelessness and addiction and provide insights into life on the street that people with a permanent residence often don't get. The exhibition is intended to create a space in which homeless people and people from mainstream society can meet without prejudice, but rather with recognition and appreciation. In this way, we can offer homeless people a sense of social participation and open up cultural spaces for them.
Take a different perspective and allow yourself to get to know a new reality of life.
The artists and the Notel team look forward to seeing you there!
