After her completely sold-out tour at the end of 2023: Phia Quantius with her book about migraines "Bombenkopf" on a reading tour through Germany in May and September 2024 for twelve new dates!

Phia Quantius has suffered from a particularly severe form of migraine since childhood. The neurological disorder attacks the young woman three to six times a month and tears her out of her everyday life with pain, nausea, paralysis and hallucinations. Despite the enormous effects, migraines are often considered a trivial matter, although around twenty percent of the population suffer from them and research has not yet found an effective cure. With her book "Bombenkopf", which was published by Lübbe LIFE at the end of October last year, Phia Quantius wants to give the invisible illness a face. In 272 pages, the author tells her story, talks to experts about treatment options and everything else associated with the disease: medication use, depression, suicidal tendencies - and despite everything, her irrepressible zest for life. After tickets sold out very quickly on her first tour at the end of last year, Phia Quantius is bringing the topic of migraines to the stage again in May and September 2024. She will be going on the "Bombenkopf - Live 2024" tour for a total of 14 dates. Phia Quantius was born in 1998 in Siegburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, and started modeling at the age of 15. She traveled around the world for her job at a young age. Since 2022, she has been sharing her life with migraine disease with an ever-growing community. More than 249,000 people now follow her journey on Instagram. On TikTok, her video posts reach almost four million people and counting. Phia Quantius has already been a guest on Stern TV, Deep und Deutlich, ZDF, various podcasts and other print and radio media on the subject of migraines. She lives and works in Hamburg and is also active in animal welfare.
