Gorgo - an unsuccessful writer with a rough character - does not shy away from criticizing the political, social and economic system, even in a club with booming bass. Together with her friends, she runs an unofficial women's shelter, argues about old and new role models and debates the decline of the patriarchy. Pia Klemp, a sea rescue captain and writer, tells of women and queer people, their struggles against oppression and against the wrong life in a world that makes being terrible inevitable.
