Together we'll start the Sunday actively with a spicy Pilates session and good vibes in the middle of the English Garden.

Afterwards, we'll enjoy the best aspects of summer in Munich 👙🥐☀️

🤸🏼‍♀️ What can you expect?
The focus of this 60-minute spicy outdoor Pilates session is to build strength, stability and body awareness while finding more connection to your body.
The sessions combine controlled movements with conscious breathing and are designed to both challenge and relax you.

✨ Who is it for?
All levels are welcome, whether beginner or Pilates expert! I will show different options depending on your level and form on the day.

🇩🇪 🇬🇧 The session can be held in German and English.

👙 Please bring along

• A sports mat
• Two water bottles (approx. 0.5 l) as weights
• Comfortable clothing, possibly swimwear

Additional Pilates equipment is available on site.

💛 Community
After the session, many people stay to float in the Eisbach (you are welcome to bring a floating animal :)), sunbathe, have brunch, stroll through Munich or simply get to know each other. Participation is of course completely voluntary.

💸 Costs
