Pippilotta Viktualia Rollgardina Pfefferminz Efraimstochter Langstrumpf is the full name of the wondrous girl who moves into Villa Kunterbunt. But her friends are allowed to call her Pippi. Pippi lives here all by herself. Her mother died when Pippi was very young and her father was washed out to sea in a storm and disappeared. But not all alone: her little uncle's horse and Mr. Nilsson the monkey also live in the house. After all, they are part of the family. The neighbors' children Annika and Thomas are impressed by the super-strong, wonderfully ill-mannered Pippi, who tells such strange stories. Is it true that Papa Efraim is coming to take her on an adventure? Pippi firmly believes so.
