Playground of Connection - a playful training for real encounters.
This evening is your field of experimentation for social ease: you try out how it feels to become more visible, to react more spontaneously and to let your authentic self out, without pressure, without performance, but with humor, movement and curiosity.

We start with short warm-ups to melt the ice and bring your body into play. Then it's onto the stage of life, where you learn how others perceive you and how liberating it is to simply be accepted. In small rounds of encounters, you will learn to maintain eye contact, allow closeness and at the same time maintain boundaries.

You can try out your skills in the open play area: Cornhole throwing, juggling, hula hoop, creative mini-games, intimate get-to-know-you games or simply a chat at the bar. Everything is possible, full of lightness.

At the end, we will gather gratitude and personal insights and you will not only take away new enriching contacts, but also a clearer sense of how you can get into flow with others and actively shape connections.
