What stories does a work of art tell?

The female writers of GEDOK Bonn offer possible answers to this question. A dialogue emerges between the female writers and the female artists regarding selected works.

GEDOK was founded in 1926 in Hamburg by IDA DEHMEL, one of the most prominent women of the first half of the 20th century.

GEDOK is a community of female artists from a wide variety of disciplines and art patrons whose goal is to support and promote one another, but above all to bring the work and achievements of female artists to the public’s attention.

The Bonn regional group is one of the largest regional groups in Germany and was founded in 1952.
