Dancehall superstar Popcaan today announced his 2023 European tour, which will debut his new album "Great is He" live. The 13-date tour, produced by Live Nation, will kick off May 6 in Paris and make stops in Ireland, England, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany before wrapping up May 5 in Madrid.

This will be the first time Popcaan will perform his new full-length album. The album will feature tracks like the new single "We Caa Done" featuring Drake. "Great He Is" follows "Fixtape," Popcaan's 2020 project, since which he has teamed up with Dre Skull and Mr. Eazi for the song "Sekkle & Bop" and released solo songs like "Skeleton Cartier" and "Next to Me."

Popcaan has gained worldwide fame for his unique blend of reggae and dancehall sounds. His music has been popularized by clubs and social media and has reached over 1 billion streams and 3.3 million followers on social media. His debut album, "Where We Come From," received critical acclaim, and in 2014 he was nominated for a MOBO Award in theBest Reggae Actcategory. This was his fourth consecutive nomination, and he eventually won two MOBO Awards in 2015 and 2016. As one of dancehall's most successful artists, Popcaan has managed to have a global career, collaborating with some of the biggest names in music across a variety of genres. From Drake and Jamie xx to Pusha T, Giggs and Matoma, as well as Wale, Gorillaz and Davido, Popcaan has demonstrated the far-reaching influence of dancehall music.
