During the Portuguese cooking class evenings, Sebastian will prepare with you the traditional dishes he has come to know and love as a wine ambassador for Portuguese wine. From delicious croquettes to Bacalhau Confit, to the hearty Umamibonbe Carne de Porco Alentejano, to the inevitable Pastéis de Nata. You'll learn how to prepare Portuguese cuisine and take the recipes and preparations home with you.
For the perfect early Sunday evening flavor experience, Sebastian has brought a corresponding wine from Portugal's traditional regions for each course. Enjoy the atmosphere at Marieneck and share the passion for good food with us and the other experience chefs.
Whether you already have experience in the kitchen or just want to have fun cooking, our Portuguese evening is for everyone who wants to discover authentic Portuguese cuisine. Bring friends, family or colleagues and experience a culinary adventure together.
It's the perfect mix for those for whom a cooking class doesn't include enough wine and a winetasting doesn't include enough cooking.
All our courses include drinks - aperitifs, water, softs, beer, wines - the menu, the host and a rental chef's apron.
