Punk Life Balance from Cologne combine laconic observations of everyday life with a powerful, melodically edgy sound between indie rock, post-punk and Hamburg school. The band asks how one can retain a trace of radicalism, freedom and passion in adult life, in short: one's own punk life balance. Songs like the haunting "Hätte", the feverishly driven "Sicher, Micha?" or the powerfully elegiac "Du spielst auf Zeit" show a band that observes sharply, thinks pointedly melodically and knows how to deal with dynamics. The self-titled debut album will be released on 03.06.2025 on Rookie Records.

Latin Greek is a five-piece indie rock band from Cologne, founded in early 2024: Helen (vocals), David (guitar), Johnny (drums), Paul (keys) and Chris (bass). Their sound combines the raw energy of classic rock from the 60s and 70s with modern indie pop to create something that sounds familiar and fresh at the same time. Helen's voice is the unmistakable center of the band, David provides the riffs and solos, Johnny drives the whole thing with precise, explosive playing, Chris anchors the sound with bass lines and Paul is the melodic binder. After a week of writing in Amsterdam, the band brought their songs to the studio in Hamburg in 2025. In August 2025, their debut EP "Main Attraction" was released with the successful single "Fools Gold".

Bassnoise

dabble inshore are a bassnoise duo from Cologne, Germany.

Jürgen Jansen (bass, vocals, sounds) and Michael Hanschmidt (drums, bass, vocals) have been meandering through the sound for over 30 years. Is it noise, shoegaze or art punk? In any case, noise of the present and with lyrics as an instrument, dabble inshore continue to explore what can be developed in pairs. Their new album "PULS" 2026 is self-distributed for the first time.
