Increasingly, institutions and members of the majority society are dealing with the topics of racism and intersectionality and their implementation in practice.
But what do criticism of racism and intersectionality actually mean and what is it good for? How can these topics be addressed and dealt with without burdening people with experience of racism on the one hand and without getting stuck in theory on the other?
The input / lecture deals with these questions and gives an introduction to the topics of racism (critique) and intersectionality, as well as the possibility of self-reflection and structural reflection.
