Re:set - Kurs für Tanz und somatische Praxis

Re:set is a course for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body.
A space for sensing, pausing, and movement that combines dance-based movement practices with somatic approaches, breathwork, and meditation. We explore perception, presence, and the subtle layers beneath the surface.

Sometimes calm, sometimes flowing, sometimes exploratory.
Alone, in pairs, and in a group, we create a space that fosters connection, presence, and well-being.

For people of all ages and experience levels who want to take time for themselves and are curious about their bodies.
