With Jennifer de Negri, Thomas Empl and Adrian Kasnitz, parasitenpresse presents new texts and books. In Jennifer de Negri's 'journey to BABYlon', poetry melts the ice shield of frozen queer shame, of hushed-up anthropocentric and patriarchal forces. Language liquefies and with it ideas of being together on this earth (StadtRevue). In addition, Thomas Empl, who recently published the short story collection 'Inneres Zittern', will be reading new prose. Adrian Kasnitz presents 'Preparing for Everything' by the Czech writer Elsa Aids.
parasitenpresse is a small, independent literary publishing house from Cologne. In 2021 and 2024, they were honored with the German Publishing Award.
An ideal evening for fans of headstrong literature.
