In a world that is constantly changing, it is becoming increasingly important to develop resilience as a key skill for the future. Resilience is the ability to overcome challenges, recover from setbacks and adapt to change in a solution-oriented manner. This competence is not only important in personal crises, but also in a rapidly changing social and ecological environment. Together we explore how we can strengthen our individual resilience in order to make sustainable decisions for our personal and collective well-being and growth.
The workshop is offered as part of the specialist event "A Day in the Future" at the Hahneberg Nature Conservation Station. In interactive workshops and guided tours, we will explore how we can shape a sustainable and actionable future together. The aim is to show ways in which we as individuals and as a society can better prepare ourselves for the challenges of climate change and species extinction and what steps we can take immediately in our everyday lives.
