When was the last time you did nothing—except simply be?

Tucked away in a charming old ferry house right on the Rhine lies ShaktiNest: a place where time flows a little more slowly. While the water flows by outside, inside you can settle in, let go, and let yourself be carried away by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

This sound healing group session is an invitation to escape the constant hustle and bustle for a moment and give your nervous system a real break. You’ll lie relaxed on your mat while the subtle vibrations and harmonious sounds create a space for deep calm and regeneration.

Many participants experience sound healing as an inner journey—a state between wakefulness and relaxation, in which thoughts quiet down and the body is allowed to let go.
