Richard Houghten is a self-produced multi-instrumentalist, producer, and recording artist. Raised by the ocean in San Diego, he draws inspiration from the natural world-often recording sounds on walks and weaving them into the patterns of his music. His work transcends genre, celebrated for its ability to convey deep emotion and intricate storytelling through expressive guitar playing. From instrumental hip-hop to psychedelic soul, Houghten's sonic creations invite listeners to dance, reflect, and drift through an endless ocean of sound.
